Freedom of speech demo

Is anybody up for a Freedom of Speech demo outside the Belgian embassy in London?

I don't know about you, but I'm passed caring about seeking permission anymore.

Abiding by the law and obeying rules is seemingly pointless.

Whenever law abiding citizens ask for details about to whom they should apply for permission to hold a peaceful demonstration they are confronted with obfuscation and dilatory behaviour or an outright ban.

However certain sections of our community are able to descend on a particular spot and protest about others having the supposed freedom to question their religion, at a moment's notice.

Perhaps people should spontaneously saunter up to the Belgian embassy and voice their concerns.

I understand the Danes are going to.

What is the procedure for doing it legally?

I remember I once tried to find out by calling the police, didn't get anywhere.

In the end we set up a table to collect signatures for a petition, the police drove past giving us a suspicious look, but didn't do anything.

The address of the Belgian embassy is 103-105 Eaton Square, in London. Easy for me to get to, so I would attend, but would like to stay on the right side of the law.

Correction: the address is 17 Grosvenor Crescent in London.

I'm up for London mate, Brussels is the place to be but a bit impractical unfortunately.

Belgian Embassy,
17 Grosvenor Crescent
London SW1X 7EE

There's also this...

100,000 people would definitely send a message to EuroGov but, lets face it, extremely unlikely. Even a couple of hundred would be great.

SIOE have just announced the Brussels demo is going ahead regardless.
